توسعه پايدار شهري، موضوع هاي جلوگيري از آلودگي هاي محيط شهري و ناحيه اي، كاهش ظرفيت هاي توليد محيط محلي، ناحيه اي و ملي، حمايت از بازياف تها، عدم حمايت از توسع هي زيا نآور و از بين بردن شكاف ميان فقير و غني را مطرح مي كند. توسعه پايدار شهري به مثابه ديدگاهي راهبردي به نقش دولت در اين برنامه ريزي ها اهميت بسياري مي دهد و معتقد است دولت ها بايد از محيط زيست شهري حمايت همه-جانبه اي كنند. توسعه پايدار شهري، الگوي پايدار سكونت گاه ها، الگوي مؤثر حمل ونقل در زمينه ي مصرف سوخت و نيز شهر را در سلسله مراتب ناحيه ي شهري بررسي مي كند، زيرا ايجاد شهر را فقط براي لذت شهرنشينان مي داند. در هر حال، توسعه يعني رشد و گسترش همه ي شرايط و جنبه هاي مادي و معنوي زندگي اجتماعي و فرآيندي است در جهت بهبود بخشيدن به كيفيت زندگي افراد جامعه؛فرآيندي كه كوشش هاي مردم و دولت را در بهبود اوضاع اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، اقتصادي هر محل هماهنگ كند و مردم را براي مشاركت در پيشرفت ملي توانا سازد. همچنين در برآوردن احتياجات محسوس يك جامعه، امنيت ملي، آزادي فردي، مشاركت سياسي و برابري اجتماعي نقش داشته باشد.

برای ارایه یک فاز صفر مطلوب می بایستی از عناصر گرافیکی - تصاویر و جداول مناسب استفاده نمود . مثلا در روابط همجواری فضاها - تحلیل سایت - برنامه ریزی فیزیکی - دسترسی ها و ... استفاده از گرافیک و تصویر و نمودار به انتقال مفاهیم کمک شایانی می کند
خود شما هم حتما همیشه یکی از دردسر های اول ترمتون و یا کلا واسه طراحی، پیدا کردن ابعاد و استاندارد های معماری هست تا بتونید جدا از اینکه یک طرح خوب طراحی کنید باید مکانی هم طراحی کنید که مهتریتن نیاز انسان در زمینه معماری یعنی آرامش رو حتما تو خودش داشته باشه و این مقوله انجام نمی پذیره مگر اینکه حتما واسه اول کار از کتاب های کمکی واسه طراحی استفاده کنید.
استاندرادهای نویفرت معماری یکی از جامع ترین کتاب هایی هستش که دانشجویان و کلا قشر معماری زیاد باهاش سروکله داره و تقریبا میشه گفت90 درصد کسانی که وقتی فاز صفر مطالعاتی رو شروع می کنن از این کتاب استفاده می کنن.
یکی از نقاط ضعف کتاب نویفرت معماری کمبود مطالب در بعضی موارد هست که برای رفع این نقیصه ها می تونید از کتاب فارسی هندبوک معماری استفاده کنید که واقعا کتاب جامع و کاملی هست و میشه گفت برطرف کننده نواقص کتاب نویفرت فارسی بشمار میاد.

کتابی عالی از معمار اردنی راسم بدران که با معماری عربی آدم رو آشنا میکنه بخصوص با معماری اسلامی که حال و هوای عربی داشته باشه و خوبه که بدونید معماری اسلامی عربی حال و هوای سنی و معماری اسلامی ایرانی حال و هوای شیعی دارند هرچند در ادامه اینها کمی کمرنگ میشوند و با هم امتزاج پیدا میکنند و من معتقدم معمار باید به اتحاد ایندو کمک کنه ولی مطمئنا کمک به اتحاد هم بدون شناخت لازم ممکن نیست.

خوب اینها چه ربطی به طراحی مسجد داشت ؟ قضیه ساده است ، چه شما مذهبی باشید و چه لامذهب بعنوان یک معمار باید بتونید با مطالعه مفاهیم مسجد و فضای مذهبی و همینطور شناخت کالبدی اون به درک درستی از طراحی برسید به صورتی که فضایی که خلق میکنید برای اون نمازگزار حس روحانی لازم رو ایجاد کنه .
سوال اینه که چه اشکالی داره کاری به این کارها نداشتن و مدرن طراحی کردن ؟ اشکالی البته نداره و من از طرفداران طراحی مدرن هستم اما تمام فریاد ها برای طراحی آگاهانه است . اگر مدرن هم طراحی میکنید لااقل با آگاهی از اصول طراحی بنای مورد نظر این کار را انجام دهید. مدرن طراحی کردن به معنای راحت طلبی طراح و طراحی بیمعنی و بدون پس زمینه نیست.
کتاب حاظر مجموعه ای بسیار عالی از مساجد دنیا رو در اختیار شما گذاشته و چند وقت بود که روی وب قرار گرفته بود و جالبه که استقبال خوبی هم ازش شده.

Freestanding Houses: A Housing Typology
To continue
developing existing building types in an intelligent way is a crucial
task in the field of residential building. For the success of the
individual design, as well as for ensuring that tried and tested
structures can be utilized, repeated, and varied, a deeper grasp of the
underlying types is indispensable.For this typology of residential
buildings, the authors have developed systematic new presentations of
the most innovative types. Each individual volume lays out the
possibilities for using and transforming a particular form of
residential structure.The fourth volume deals with the types of
freestanding houses, whose all-around orientation allows for the optimal
