This system incorporates natural light in the duct where the interior is a mirrored surface, and conducts light to locations where it is difficult to place windows using reflection.

This system employs highly reflective mirrors to guide natural light from openings in a building's walls and roof to interior spaces. It is an efficient method of utilizing natural energy since once installed it requires no additional resources in order to function.

The Toyota Motors Main Building uses this approach to introduce light to the basement cafeteria via an underground mirror duct.
